The bar graph provide information about the modal age of retired man and women in Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden and the UK.
Overall, in 2004 the male gender experienced the dominant trend, except France, while by 2008 this segment recorded the highest age again, but this score do not concern to Germany and Sweden.
Focusing first on in 2004, the both gendershowed the dominat trend in Sweden, at just over 63 for men and just under 63 for female, followed by Netherlands and the UK, which they accounted for the same age trend in 2004 in man category, whereas the second gender showed the difference in this year, at about 62,5, and almost 62 and 60 for female respectively. Also France and Italy experienced almost a similar trend for both segment, at roughly 58,5 for France and 60 for Italy, while Deark showed big difference, at 62 and just under 60 respectively. But Germany recorded only 0,5 gap, at 60 and 60,5.
By 2008, all segments showed age increase, except Italy, and similary they maintained their chain. The first dominant region accounted for the same trend, at abput 63,5. According to the second and the third counties, in this year they faced decrease difference, at approximately 63 and 62,5, and 63 and 61,5 respectively. France recorded a simolilar age limit, at 59. Germany and Italy experienced almost 1 old difference, at 62 and 61, 59 and 60 respectively, while Denmark recorded about 60,5 and 62,5 respectively.
