First of all, breakfast consists of 13 percent of sodium, 16 percent of saturated fat and 16 percent of added sugar. It seems sort of balanced, meanwhile snacks contain around 50 percent of added sugar combined with 15 percent of sodium and 19 percent of saturated fat, which is extremely disproportionate.
Secondly ,dinner has the most
percentage of sodium and saturared far:42 and 39 percent of everyday meals ,respectively;although lunch has nearly the same proportion of sodium,26 percent of saturated fat and 20 percent of added sugar.
By and large ,lunch and breakfast are the two most balanced daily foods of UK adults,but the snacks and dinner are consistently being the foods with an enormous difference between the percentage of these three nutrients.
