The three pie charts elucidates the intake of sodium, saturated fat and added sugar by USA people in diffrent eating time.the unit of mesuremnt is in percentage.
Overall, as per observation the proprtion of sodium as well as of saturated fat is higher at dinner is time.However,the proprtion of addded sugar is higher when individual prefer having snacks. Addinally in breakfast time very less percentage of sodimu,saturated fat and aaded sugar is consumed.
The sodium is mostly consumed at dinner time having percentage almost 50%.However the intake at the time of brekfast and snacks remanined same upto 14%. In the almost same way the saturated fat is consumed like highest in dinner time and lowest in breakfast time.The fat intake at the time of lunch is almost quater to overall proportin.
The added sugar prevalntly consumed in snacks with highes proportionf 42% .In contrast it is less consumed in breakfast time with only 16%.The consumtption in lunch and dinner remained almost similar by the diffrence of 3%.
As per the observation sugar intake is maximum at snacks time period conversely for dinner the sodium and staturated fat intake is prominent.
