The given three pie charts dedicate the average percentages of some nutrients like sodium, saturated fats and sugar in typical food consumed by residents of USA.
In general, while dinner showed the most significant proportion in sodium and saturated fat , sugar was less eaten at dinner. The lowest amount of nutrients intake was breakfast.
At first chart, there was 43% of dinner, which has took up up almost half of the chart. Breakfast and snacks constituted the equal indicator which was 14% of sodium.The remainder of the pie chart was allocated to lunch.
The second one is slight different from first. It also showed the largest portion of saturated fat eaten at dinner making up 37%. This nutrient was the least commonly consumed at breakfast comparing to others. What about lunch, lunch was a little differ from sodium, which indicated 26% of unhealthy fat.
The pie chart of added sugar was distinct from the others. There breakfast formed 16% which was similar with second chart. Lunch took 19% of third pie chart and 23% of sugar consists in residents’ dinner. The remaining part was made up by snacks.
