The pie charts illustrate the average proportion of three types of nutrients(Sodium, Saturated fat, Added sugar) consumed in typical meals of a specific country USA. All of these might be unhealthy if people eat them at a high rate.
Overall, all three nutrients were consumed almost equally in breakfast. But in the other meals, the average proportion of these nutrients varies a lot.
In the snacks meal, Sodium was taken only 14% same as in the breakfast meal whereas the added sugar was consumed three times higher than it. However, the saturated fat was absorbed only half compared to added sugar. Sodium and saturated fat were eaten 29% and 26% respectively in the lunch but added sugar was taken only 19% at that meal.
At dinner, both sodium and saturated fat were consumed at a high rate which was 43% and 37%. The percentage of saturated fat absorbed in dinner was similar to the proportion of snacks and breakfast combined.
