The following bar chart illlustrates the primary cause for pursuing Art as a career among different age group of people along with the level of satisfaction they get after they begin their new course.

Overall, we can clearly see that, for students under 26 years of age there is highest career progression as well as they are the most satisfied ones with their choice among all. On the other hand, we can see that the personal interest in people is gradually increasing as they get older.

It can be visualized that the students under 26 years of age have a great opportunity of career development which is 80% ,the highest among all ,whereas at that age the passion for the work is least which is only about a small minority. In contrast to that, when they reach over 49 years of age ,opposite happens ,as in that age the personal interest in work is highest of about 70% ,but the career progession is the lowest ,only about 20%. It is worth noticing that between the age of 40-49 both career development and personal development go hand in hand and are same ,which is about 40%.

People aging under 26 are more enthusiastic and active in their job ,and are the most satisfied ones as about 65% , which is more than half are content with their work ,but as they cross that age their excitement related to work drops to about 50%. Unfortunately, the graph shows that people of age 30-39 are the least happy ones in this job ,which is about 32%. I beileve this happens because at this age many new families are in their starting phase. But thankfully, the proportion incresed between the age group of 40-49.
