Overall, as it is illustrated, choosing study for career goals was made by a young part of society, meanwhile the older part of a society decided to study for their own interests. Moreover, the youngest and the oldest employees heeded the support most.
Initially,the number of people under 26 , 26-29 and 30-39 who studied for career purposes showed the largest figures such as 80%, 70% and approximately 60%, respectively. However, with the same goals the number of students at the middle ages and over 49, demonstrated the smallest percentages for about 40% and 20%. Considering studying for interest , the trend was opposite. Conversely, the number of old parts of society(40-49 and over 49) gaining knowledge for interest was the largest, reaching 70%.
On the other hand, around 60% of individuals under 26 years old asked for support, and help with fees, which was the largest figure than others. In addition, the number of employees 26-29 years old and over 49 years showed the second largest figure at about 50%. The smallest index of asking help from other employes was illustrated by 30-49 years old workers.
