The graphs above show why students of different age groups choose to study and the level of support (be it in financial terms or time off) they receive from their employers.

It can be seen that 80% of students, mainly under the age of 26, choose to pursue a degree to make a career out of it. Due to this, employers choose to support them by giving them approximately 64% of their support. Moreover, people in the age group of 40-49 seem to be both career oriented and interested in studying. Although, it can be conducted that as the age level rises, people choose to study more due to their interests in education instead of keeping their career as a priority. Hence, only 19% of people over the age of 49 are studying to make a career whereas, 70% of them genuinely are keen and focused to study in general.

Furthermore, mini fluctuations are to be noticed in the employer support graph where the lowest amount of support they give to workers aged 30-39.
