This chart displays the the amount of percentage of people who consume fruits and vegetables 5 times per day in the past 8 years.

The highest percentage of consumption are the women in 2006, where more than 35% of women ate 5 portions of fruits and vegetables everyday. But before this amount is reached, the number of consumption have been steadly increasing over the past 5 years, but then slowly decrease in the next two years, after 2006.

Men, has a substandard amount of consumption compared to women. In the first three years, the number of men who ate fruits and vegetables 5 times everyday have remain constent. However, in 2004, the number increase dramaticly, reaching over 16% in 2004 and peaked at an all-time high in 2006 and 2007, with over 27-28% of consumption.

Children, on the other hand, have the lowest percentage of consumption compared to the men and women. Similarly as men, the amount in the first three years has remain constant. Moreover, the percentage also skyrocketed in the year 2004, reaching the same amount as men. But unlike the consumption percentage of men, children have only reached its all-time peak in 2007, with a percentage of 25%.
