Overall, most disciples in total percentage chose modern language classes in 1985, while that of music appreciation was the opposite in 1985. Moreover, the figure stands for fitness and dance shared the same number of students through out the given period, coming along with the disappearance of the rate of participants attending a certain of sessions in the present time.
In 1985, there are around one forth of the total students choosing modern languages classes to learn French, German and Spanish. This information was followed by that of fitness and dance participants with 22%. Besides, there are 3 others classes with around less than 20% of learners, which were art, cookery, and local history sessions. These only had 17%, 14% and 15% respectively, while that of music appreciation with only 8% of pupils, standing at the bottom in comparison with others.
In the current year, 27% of students got their interest in IT classes rather than modern languages with approximately 17%. There was also a downward trend in that of art by 2%, leaving 15% of attendants. In addition, there was an increase in the figure for cookery classes, with 19%. While other sessions had a change in the percentage of students attended, the number indicates the candidates of fitness and dance classes remained the same with 22%.
