The pie chart gives the percentage of water used for different purposes in a six country of the world.
In general, in all four countries, apart from North America and Europe, the most water was used for agriculture. While, the least water was used for domestic use, excluding three countries.
Delving into the details, in North America 39% of water was used for agriculture, 48% was used for Industrial uses and the remaining 13% was used for population’s domestic uses. Also in south America the most 71% of water was spent on farming, and 19% was spent on domestic uses, however percentage of water which used for Industrial uses was 9% lower. Moreover, in Europe a lot of water was not used for agriculture, it was spent on industrial uses and there was 53%, 32% of water was used for farming uses, in addition the lowest usages established domestic use with 15%.
In Central Asia, Agro use took the lead in water use with 88%. The lowest ones were Industrial and Domestic uses with 7 and 5%. It was followed by Africa where 84% of water was spent on Agriculture, while only 9 and 7% proportion of water was used for Domestic and Industrial uses. The last country, South East Asia used most water in Farming way and the proportion showed 81%, Industrial use included 12%, in addition for domestic use 12% of water used.
