In 2000, the percentage of punctuality target was 86%, just like the year before, meanwhile the actual percentage was declining from exactly 85% in 1999 to 82% in 2000. Nevertheless, the company saw an increase in over the year, to the point the actual rate of punctuality was exceeding target in 2003, measuring at just below 85% compared to just over 84% as the target.
Moving on to the next chart, the bus company arguably received just over 60 complaints in 1999, the numbers were increased the next year accounting for 100 complaints, before decreased again to just over 80 in 2001. It was reported that the most complaints they received was in 2003, where the company recorded exactly 120 complaints.
