This charts display information about the performance of a bus company regarding to on time arrival ; actual and target (comparison of recent achievement and future projection), also the number of complaints by customers from 1999 to 2003.

In general, complaints made by customers are linked with the performance of the enterprise. Also, the aims that had been established by the company were not well compromised. Yet, out of three periods, one remains odd because of unbalancing in percentage between real results and future orientation of the company.

In 1999, bad inputs were above 60, mostly due to to lateness that made up of 85%, it was not go according to plan of 865. From 2001 to 2003, the number of complaints were also linked to poor performance of buses that were not arrived on schedule. 2001, more than 80 as around 86%, from previous plan of 85%. In 2002, raised to more than 100 due to 84%, instead of 85%. The last period which was the highest one, 120 to less than 85%, a bit improvement rather than 83%.

However, in 2002, the critics were given by 100 passengers, it might achieve 62%, the lowest among other periods, and the gap between actual results and target were really big.
