The three pie charts illustrated the proportions of four kinds of accommodations chosen by people for holidays in years of 1988, 1998 and 2008.

It was clearly that staying with family and friends was the most preferable choice of holidaymakers in the three years. While camping was the second preferable choice in 1988, it became the third in 1998 and the last in 2008.

In the years of 1088 and 1998, there were over half of the people staying with their families and friends, and although the amount fell to 44% in 2008, it was still the most popular option. However, the percentage of the following option, camping, halved from 1988 to 1998, from 26% to 13%, and finally fell to 12% in 2008.

The amount of people renting apartments was roughly 10% in the years of 1988(7%) and 1998 (11%), but in the year of 2008, it doubled to 22% and became the second most popular option. And the proportion of people choosing hotels was 15% and 22%, respectively in 1988 and 1998, and remained the same in the years later.
