Overall, it can be seen that teaching and research have always been a priority, but administration field also became vital.
Firstly, in 2005 the major field were teaching and research which accounted for more than a half of all expenses. While the accommodation and maintaining campuses made up only 16% and 10% respectively. Furthermore, libraries were only 10%, whereas administration and management with financial support for students accounted for 6% and 5% respectively.
Secondly, after a decade teaching and research decreased to 48%. Moreover, the libraries and accomodation both halfed to only 5% and 8% respectively. However, administration and management sharply increased by 10% and accounted 16% in total. Finally, the fields of maintaining campuses stayed without any changes, while the university’s expenses for financial support of their students rose from 5% to 8% at the end of the period.
