Overall, the shares of money for buying food, drinks, clothes and furniture remained approximately constant. However, whereas, such sectors as entertainment and smartphones, had become more popular by 2019, books and transport lost their attractiveness among people.
To begin, in general, about a half of an income was spent on food or drinks (42% in 2009 and 39% in 2019). In addition, on average, 10% of expenditure was used to buy clothes and furniture.
Besides, the percentage of money, spent on entertainments and smartphones, overwent an increase by more than twice (from 8% to 19% and from 2% to 10%, respectively). However, buying of books, transport or related equipment became less interesting for individuals that led to a decline in their percentages (from 22% to 12% and from 6% to 1%, respectively).
