The following charts illustrate percentages of the world’s oil reserves that are stored in various locations and the percentages that are used there each year.
In general we can see that Middle East has the only large proportion of oil resources, while Asia , the United States and Western Europe made up the biggest part at oil assets imported.
It can be clearly seen from graphs that region holding the majority part in oil resources is Middle East with more than 56.52 percentages, over a half of total world oil supplies. Figuring it with the highest level of oil usage are Asia and the United States at 26.21 percent and 25.48 percent respectively. They are the main oil consumed places in the world.
Not only this point is clear, but also Western Europe. With about 20 percent of total world annual used oil, Western Europe hold less than 1.47 percent of total world black golden.
Australia, New Zealand and other countries taking up the smallest portion of the charts. Australia and New Zealand’s yearly world using oil have 1.31 percentage, while the total number is less than 1 percent in the world.
