The bar charts illustrate the differences in the protein and calories intake among four areas, including India, East Africa, Latin America, and North America, in addition to the ideal consumption. Overall, the figures for North America rank the highest, far outweighing the proper amount in both categories.
The data reveals that the consumption of animal protein in those four areas is much lower than that of other protein, except for India whose statistics are the opposite. Additionally, whereas the disparity between the animal and other ones experienced in Latin America and North America is significant, at 19 and 44 units respectively, that of East Africa is minimal, at merely one unit. Notably, only the protein intake in North America outweighs the ideal amount, by around 10 units.
As can be seen from the chart, India consumes the lowest calories among four areas, at nearly 2,000, 300 lower than East Africa does. Besides, only Latin America partakes with the most proper consumption of calories according to the ideal one, at approximately 3,000. Noticeably, the same trend is seen in North America, with an excessive amount of around 3,5000.
