Overall, it can be clearly seen that the majority of people consider adult aducation as an oppotunity to gain qualifications and be involved in studying subjects they are truly interested in. Another key aspect shows that almost the equal amount of respondents believe that costs of education should be shared between individuals and employers.
Taken together, prefessional impovement and interest in subjects are the main reasons for adult education, given by respectively 38% and 40% of people. Compared to usefulness for current job, which is shown by 22% of people, reasons of enjoying studying process and the wish of improving prospects of promotion are represented by the same amount of people (20% for each reason).
In regards to proportions of sharing the costs for each course, the majority of people, which is represented by 40%, thinks individuals should pay for their education themselves, while around 35% of respondets belive this sholud be a responsibility of their bosses. At the same time, only 25% considers taxpayers as a contributors of education cost.
