The given pie chart compares opinions of graduates who are studying full and part time about two services of the university library.
Overall, full time students are considerably more satisfied with the library’s IT services than part-time graduates, whereas proportions of both groups of students constitute major shares of positive attitude towards opening hours. It is also noteworthy that dissatisfaction with opening hours in both groups is minimal.
Regarding IT, the major proportion (55%) of students who are studying full time is very satisfied, while approximately one third of graduates of the same group selected quite. Option ‘not at all’ was selected by a minority (13%) of full time students. In stark contrast, although the options ‘quite’ satisfied and ‘very’ satisfied are selected by amounting to just over a third (35%) and one in five (20%) relatively, the proportions of part-time students, who are dissatisfied comprise the biggest share (45%).
As for the library’s opening hours, opinions were overwhelmingly positive in both groups. While the full time students who are very satisfied accounted for roughly three quarters (72%), the part-time students who reported ‘very’ shared nearly two thirds (67%) of its proportions. The full-time students, who are satisfied enough make up approximately one third (32%) whereas students of the latter group, which accounted for around a fifth (23%) opted for the same selection. In the final analysis, both groups amounted to the minimal shares (1% and 4%) of those who are dissatisfied with a slight difference of 4%.
