In 2005, only 5% of visitors rated The Parkway Hotel as excellent, which accounted for the smallest portion of responses. This was followed by the ‘good’ rating, which comprised 14%. After five years, the percentage of visitors rating the hotel as excellent rose considerably to 23%, while the proportion of those giving a good rating nearly tripled, reaching 39%.
At the same time, in 2005, almost 50% of respondents described the hotel’s service as satisfactory, which was the highest percentage. The second highest percentage corresponded to the poor rating.
