The data compare on the average monthly rainfall recorded in Brazil, Brasilia and Salvador, during 2016. Overall, Brasilia experienced more variation in rainfall the compared to Salvador, where precipitation remained more stable over the year.
In Brasilia, rainfall was the highest at the first and last months of the year, whereas from February to July it was steadily decreased to below 25 mm, and then from July to November it shows gradually increased to approximately 170 mm.
