The pie charts compare deliveries of workforce to 4 different sectors in two towns between 1960 and 2010. Overall, there was a significant growth in the percentage of workers of both towns in servicing filed. It’s also clear that the majority of workforce in Town B joined in manufacturing sites during the period while the reverse can be seen in their counterpart.
Regarding the pie charts, in 1960, manufacturing field seemed to be the most popular among the workforce of both towns with Town B and Town A being 70% and 41% respectively. However, there had been a reduce in the figure for workers in this site. Particularly, 20% of residents had manufacturing occupation in Town A, which was a half of the statistics at the initial year. In contrast, despite a slight decrease to under 60%, manufacturing in Town B still accounted for the majority of workforce.
In terms of the services, the percentage of both town’s workers occupied for the least figure with a third for Town A and 10% for Town B, but the former then grew remarkably to the biggest figure out of total with 64% while the later saw a mild rise to a quarter in 2010. Meanwhile, a plunge in the figure for employees in Town A working as salesman to 16% had been witnessed by 2010, whereas 22% of its citizens in Town B had a sales-relating jobs after an increase of this statistics during the given period
