The bar chart illustrates the levels of air pollution from different sources namely electricity generation, transport, and industry between four countries in 2021.
Overall, China had the highest level of air pollution among the four countries while Australia’s level was the lowest.
With regard to pollution from industry and transport, it was higher in China, which was 80 and 70 PPM. while America’s pollution was mainly from transportation just under 60 PPM, Japan’s air was polluted by industry above 40 PPM. Additionally, pollution from industry in America and transport in Japan took nearly the same amount, which was 30 PPM.
As far as pollution from electricity generation is concerned, it was the greatest level under 60 PPM, then America had 30 PPM. Australia’s pollution from it was 20 PPM while Japan had the smallest level approximately 15 PPM which was the least among the four countries. Furthermore, Australia’s pollution level from tree types of sources was nearly equal under 20 PPM.
