Dear Mr. Red
I am one of your senior accounting officers in the accounting and finance department for almost 5 years now. I am writing this letter to inform you about the issues that most of the employees have been experiencing because of the lack of designated parking area.
A lot of our co-workers decided to commute by train or bus than use their personal cars. This is because of the lack of space in the company. Furthermore, they experienced the rush hour while commuting that caused them to be late sometimes and this leads to their poor performance at work.
With these negative impacts we experiencing, I have recommendation to somehow be helpful in managing the parking lot problem that we had with our company. I am thinking that buying a lot will be the key to end the suffering of each employee. There is a lot for sale being posted 2 months ago beside our company, and this will be great to worked on.
The construction of the space for private vehicles will cost a lot money for the company but, you could tax us for using the parking area at a reasonable price, hence, this will be beneficial to us for a comfortable and stress free before and after work.
I am looking forward to your feedback soon.
Your sincerely,
Edz
