Overall, operating a smokehouse involves several stages, which starts with pushing the air into the first lid and ending with the hot smoke cooking the food inside the box.
At first, the cold air is pushed inside the the first lid which then follows the narrow path to the second lid where both the fire and log are placed. Up next, the fire is made up using the log which creates the hot smoke for the following process.
The warm smokes then goes through a pipe and reaches the box where several block of bricks are placed. Afterwards, the bricks helps to push the smoke slowly towards the food which are hanged above the ground level inside a box. With the help of the hot steam, the foods are cooked and are ready to be served.
