The diagram presents the system of a home smokery and how it works. Overall, it can be seen that the air has the main role in the process of creating a home smokery.

The process starts with the displacement of air. During the first step air leave under the lid and go through. Then the air goes up to the loggs under the lid. The air influenced more fire and bacause of that the smoke arises.

After the half part of action created smoke moves through the pipe to the bricks. There the smoke go up to the main product which is hangs under the ground level. The food under the box is created smoked.

The structure of a smokehouse is not easy and has a huge number of stages. It is start in the ground lovel with the air and finish under the box with the wanted smoked food.
