The given process diagram illustrates the all main steps taken to produce wood pellets for use to heat buildings.
Overall, it is evident that this process includes seven distinct steps. It begin with the arrival of sawdust and concludes with the packaging of finished pallets to sale.
In detail, initially this process starts with arrive of sawdust form sawmill, then all sawdust are hammered into fibers. This fibers are unform the length in a hammer mill, then next stage begins with steam. In this process all fibers are dampened via steam and after that fibers are forced through holes in a pallet machine. In this machine fibers are formed into pellets.
In addition, pellets left to cooling stage. All cooled pallets are vacuumed off to clean pellets from dust and made ready for the next last step. Finally, all pellets are ready for sale, and these pallets are packed into bags (which this bags carry 18 kilo products, around 40 pound) and these pallet bags are transported to retails to sale.
