The digram above illustrates two underground tunnels present in the cities of Australia.
To begin with, the first tunnel was built in the period of 1986 to 1998 with a total cost of 555 million dollars. It is atleast 1.5 metters long, covering the area under the bridge. Moreover, it accomodates about 2 cars horizontally at a time. Moving on, the second tunnel constructed was around the year 2002 to 2006 costing an overall wage of 1.1 billion dollars, below two wide highways. The measured height of the tunnel is 2.5 meters. Furthermore, average cars passing side by side are shown to be three at maximum.
Lastly, upon the given information listed, the second tunnel is comparitively more convinient to use amoung the vehicle drivers. This is due to a taller height and larger space available providing a faster route for anyone taking this path.
