In the picture there are two tipes of road tunnels. First, is built from 1984 until 1998 and cost $555 million, it only built with two lanes and with two different pathways. The tunnel is built with 1.5 meters deep and 3.6 kilometers length. However, this tunnel is built under the river and the bridge with sand area, and still funcional until nowdays.
The second tunnel is built from 2002 until 2006 and it cost $1.3 billion, this tunnel is built with 3 lanes and with two different pathways. For this tunnel, is build with 2.5 meters deep and 3.6 kilometers lenght. Thus, this tunnel is build under the city center and stone and clay are the materials of the soil in this second tunnel.
However, the first tunnel and the second tunnel have some similarities. The simillarities between the first and the seccond tunnels are: it have same lenght, 3.6 kilometers
