The diagram demonstrates how the salmon was introduced through the life cycle.
Overall, it can be seen that there are three stages beginning with laying salmon eggs under small stones and with being salmon and continue the same process.
In the first stage of life cycle, salmon eggs were laid under small stones and reeds where upper river is moving slowly and kept there for approximately 5 to 6 months. After that, they will be moving with the length of 2 to 8 cm. live in the lower river that is fast flowing for nearly four years. Following that, the fry will be developed as a smolt whose length will be doubled as compared to fry that is 12 to 15 cm.
In the next step, the smolt will reside in the open sea and be nearly five years where they grow and become adult salmon. In addition, the life chain of salmon will continue the process.
