The given diagram gives a clear stages of how glass bottles are recycled, starting from the used bottle in recylce bin and culminating in the distribution of the new recycled glass bottle. Overall, there are six distinct steps in the processes where the processes is cyclical.
Initially, used bottles are trashed in the recycle bin. Then, like any other trash in general, the bottles are transported via heavy vehicles to a treatment plant for further processes. In the plant, the bottles are washed and sterilized to remove unwated, harmful, and dirty residue.
Subsequently, another machine is used to crush and melt the cleansed bottles until it turns into molten glass form. Next, the molten glass is poured into bottle-shaped molt resulting in brand new bottles. The final phase involves distributing the recycled glass bottle into various factories. Thereafter, the bottle will be used again and the steps will be repeated.
