The diagrams display that there are five main stages in the production of cement with it being used to produce concrete. Cement is made with limestone and clay, while concrete requires cement, water, sand and gravel.
It commences when limestone and clay are put together into a crusher which outputs powder. That powder then goes through a mixer which ensures a proper consistency of the materials. Afterwards, it flows all the way across a rotating heater following which it is probed through a grinder and put into bags which is the final stage of the cement production.
The concrete production is less complicated. It begins by putting all of the materials with proper measurements into a concrete mixer. Cement goes into the mixer to fill only 15 percent of the chamber. Then 25 percent of the room is filled with sand. After that, 10 percent of water is poured down the mixer followed by filling the last 50 percent with gravel. Lastly, the mixer blends everything together and gives concrete as the result.
