The bar graph represents an information about the number of hours spend in household work per week by men and women of three different categories namely, living without children, living with one or two children and living with more than three children.
Overall, women spend more time as compared to men in all three categories. Women spend the greatest number of hours doing household work despite having more than 3 kids, whereas the number of hours invested by married men is almost similar in all three categories.
In terms of married women, only about 30 hours per week is spend in doing household chores without having any children. In contrast, they invest nearly around 50 and 55 hours every week in the category of having 1 or 2 children and more than 3 children, respectively.
Married men, however, spend nearly the same number of hours, which is just under 20 in first two category, while those having more than 3 kids spend slightly less, nearly around 15 hours per week doing unpaid work.
