The given picture depicts the process of producing cheese. There are nine steps that has to be followed for cheese production ranging from the acidification of unpurified milk to the sale of packed cheese.
Initially, unprocessed milk and a specific type of bacteria are kept in a container for acidification. The enzymes then form solidified curds. This step is termed as solidification. Afterwards, these curds are chopped into little pieces. This is followed by heating and draining of the mixture. In the next step, the content is then poured into a vessel where a bit of salt is added to enhance the flavour.
The blocks are then transferred on a conveyor belt where they are molded through an automatic machine into small cylinders. These circular wheels are kept for fermentation for the next two months. In the packing step, the cheese is wrapped for better shelf-life. The final stage is where the product is ready to be sold at the retail shops.
