This picture shows the cheese making process. There are eight stages in which cheese is made from raw milk to the final product for sale.
Initially, unprocessed milk is stored in a specialized container, the acidification stage begins with bacteria; during the process, an enzyme is introduced to curdle the milk and turn it into curd. After the curds are separated into minimal spheres, the heating and draining step succeeds, where the curds are removed from the whey in a large pot at moderate heat. Plain cheese, after the step is finished, is transferred to a large open bowl and salt is used for flavors.
In the next step, the unshaped blocks of cheese fall on an automated conveyor, and then they are packed into solid cylinders. These cheese wheels are available for human consumption after two months of fermentation. Before being retailed at retail outlets, the products have gone through the final stage, where they are packaged in different packages to serve multiple purposes.
