The process of making cheese is illustrated in the given diagram.
Generally, this process consists of nine stages, starting with acidification and ending with delivery to shops.
To begin with, bacteria are added to raw milk for acidification. In the next stage, the enzyme is turned to curds in the solidification stage. After that, these curds are cut into small pieces, and then those tiny pieces are entered into a boiler, heating and draining them. Next, some salt is added to the material for a better taste.
The process continues with the shaping stage, in which the material is passed through a special machine, shaping it into similar shapes. Following that, the shaped material is kept in a special container in a stage named fermentation. After all this, the cheeses are packed in the packaging stage, and finally, the products are sent to shops, selling them to potential customers.
