The process by which cheese is made can be outlined in a number of consecutive steps. Overall, there are three main stages in this process, starting with the initial processing of raw milk, followed by the heating and draining cruds, and lastly the ready product is prepared for selling. It is clear that the process is complex, which requires manual work and much time to complete.
The cheese production has to go through several steps before it forms the shape. Initially, the specific bacteria and enzyme are added to raw milk to solidificate it into curds. Once cutted, small pieces are heated and drained. After being dried, the dough is salted.
The next stage of the process starts when the dough is formed into cheese by special workers. Subsequently, ready-made cheese is made into a shape, which is then gone through a fermentation process for 2 months. Then cheese is packed, where the cheese is taken to the shops.
