The diagram illustrates how chipboard* is created from wood and then used to make furniture.
Overall,there are two different stages, stage 1 which is the Preparation and stage 2 , Production. The two stages are further divided into nine steps starting from step 1 which is cutting of the trees and ending at step 9 which is making the furniture.
Looking first at first stage 1 preparation, after step 1 cut down the tree, logs from that are trimmed. Then putting logs into the machine to create wood chips, which then come to the steam machine within 24 hours to dry them. Afterward, productions are stored into carts for 1 to 4 weeks.
The second stage of production starts with step 6 where the stored chips are mixed with glue and water turning them into mould . The mould undergoes shaping and processing, yielding the final product which is chipboards. These chipboards goes through the final step of making furniture which marks the end of the second stage
