The picture illustrates the procedure for making furniture from chipboard.
Overall, after harvesting, wood chips are made, followed by storing the dried wood chips. Afterwards, chips are mixed with glue and wax, which is then pressed to produce ready chipboard after shaping it in a mould.
The first phase of the procedure, the preparation process, commences with cutting trees. Once cut, the trimming process is done to prepare the logs to be chopped in a special machine where wood chips are produced. Next, wood chips are dried within 24 hours with the help of a drying machine and stored in a container for up to a month.
The second phase of the process, the production process, continues with mixing the wood chips with chemical components, glue and wax, in a pot-like mixer. During the following stages, it is shaped in a rectangular form in a mould and then undergoes pressing. Now, chipboard is ready to make different kinds of furniture, such as tables and chairs.
