The layout illustrates the process of producing the chipboard from wood and its subsequent use in furniture manufacturing. Overall, the process consists from two stages- preparation and production. Beggining with the cutting the trees and ending with the making a furniture. It is also clear that process depends on the trees which are dried and mixed with substances. Following those steps, mould is shapped and pressed to create a furniture.
Regarding the first stage which is mainly about drying and mixing the wood in order to prepare it for shaping. The process commences when trees are cut down before trimming them into logs. Once ready, wood chips are made and dried for 24 hours in a machine. After that, the wood chips are stored for 1-4 weeks. After that dried wood is mixed with glue and wax.
Looking at a second stage production, wood is shaped and pressed via machine. Following this, shaped wood is formed a chipboard. In the final stage, the furniture including table and chairs are made from a chipboard.
