Overall, it is clear that the process consist of nine stages, beginning with the delivery of beets and ending with the sugar is centifuged to crystallize. The main steps iclude delivering, cleaning, washing, filtering and heating.
The process begin when beets are delivered by trucks to an industry, where beets are cleaned from dirt and rocks. In the next stage, cleaned beets are rinsed by beet washer machine before small pieces of beet known as cossettes are made. In the following stage, cossettes are boiled in water at 70 degrees for prepare sugar juice. Afterwards, milk of lame is added to sugar juice for cleaning. After being cleaned, sugar juice and milk of lame are purified by filter to pure rinse sugar juice.
Subsequently, the sugar juice are heated several times to evaporate water before sugar is centrifuged to crystalize.
