In the beginning, having been gathered from fields, the corn enters a storing phase in which they can maintain their freshness. Subsequently, the fresh corn is brought to a heavy machine, which mills them a part. Once water and corn are added to the pot system, cooking lasts for 4 hours before they are fermented for 48 hours to ensure the good quality of blends.
After a fermenting phase is done, the blends undergo a separating process in which liquid and solid are separated from them. The subsequent step starts when ethanol is purified in a purification system, to prevent any unbenificial bacteria from entering it. Then, the pure ethanol fuel is stored in trucks prior to arriving at the gas station, being ready to sell to the customers.
