Overall, the process consists of majorly 10 steps alongwith two steps for recycling as well.It can be seen that first, sheep is sheared and after some processes it is sent for spinning, which then is converted into wools and strings.The wool is trasformed into balls of yarns in step 9 which is thereafter used for kniting and making jackets and carpets.At the same time, the string is sent for recycling process.
In first step, when there are enough hair grown on the sheeps body, the sheep is sent to shearing step where they are sheared and the hairs are sent for cleaning.After this, the hair are dried under natural sunlight and subsequently, sent for spinning which is the central step for production of wools and strings.
The strings are sent for further recyclling while, the wool is transformed into tufts of wool, which are dispatched to tuft storage units where ther are converted into balls of yarns which is the major elements for knitting and producing jackets and carpets
