The first six steps involve the transformation of the raw materials. In detail, after being exported from storage and milled by the milling machine, the corn is then cooked in 4 hours with water added during this process. After that, the cooked product undergoes a fermenting process lasting 48 hours so that the corn is under optimal condition for separation. After this period of fermentation, the next step is the separation of the corn into liquid and solid by-product, ready for the next stage.
The remaining steps produce a biofuel called ethanol. The liquid is purified to achieve a completely pure substance, lasting 5 hours in a laboratory. Subsequently, the ethanol is packaged into barrels, culminating in the distribution to various gas stations.
