The diagram illustrates how fabric is produced from bamboo.
Overall, this is a linear process with nine steps. The process begins with planting bamboo and ends with manufacturing products from fabric.
Firstly, bamboo plants are planted in the spring before being harvested when they are mature in the autumn. After that, these bamboos are sliced into narrow strips before the crushing strips step. In this stage, strips are crushed to manufacture liquid pulp. Next, long fibres are extracted from the substance by a special technique, and excess liquid is removed. After the filtering stage, long fibres are blended with water and amine oxide to make soften fibres.
In the next phase, the softened fibres are spun to produce yarn followed by the producing fabric step. In this stage, the fabric is made from the softened fibres by a weaving method. Finally, the material is used to manufacture clothes, such as T-shirts and socks.
