The process diagram illustrates the noodles making procedure. Overall, the man- made process involves eight steps, which can be grouped in two three main stages as storing, mixing the ingredients, and packaging.
In terms of before preparing the noodles, two main ingredients of flour and oil are stored into the storage silos. Before the process is started, both ingredients are put into the mixer and mixing well until it makes a dough. As far as second stage the dough is poured on the roller for make the dough sheets. Ones the sheets have been transferred to the machine; it has subsequently delivered to the noodles discs after making dough strips. Then the mixture is cooked with adding oil and finally dried.
The final stage is packaging process. After the noodles has been dried it put into the separate packing cups, then add vegetables and spices as required. Finally, the cups are labelled and sealed. The instant noodles ready for the market after completing eight steps of the whole process.
