The diagram illustrates the process of manufactoring the orange juice, from harvesting of the oranges to supplying the final products to retailers .Overall, the production process consists of several consecutive stages starting with the collection oranges and ending with making either a fresh juice or concentrate. Notably, after extraction of juice has been finished the process is split into two routs, with one producing fresh juice and the other involving some additional steps to prepare the concentrate.
First, fresh oranges are collected and delivered to a factory, where they are washed and gotten ready for an extraction. The next stage is an extraction, after it has been completed there are shown two ways, one is – the final product in the form of fresh juice is packaged and transported to shops, and the other is making a concentrate. Next stage is a producing a concentrate which involves the following steps: the orange juice is transported in refrigerator truck to the place where it undergo the evaporation process, after that the concentrate is canned and delivered to warehouse, afterwards in the factory water is added to concentrate. Finally, it has been packed and is supplied to final consumers.
