The flow chart demonstrates the process of recycling paper. Overall, there are four main steps in the whole paper producing process, beginning with making pulp and ending with creating a wide range of new papers for consumption.
The first stage starts with the collection of many papers were used, which is place onto a conveyon belt. The paper is then transferred into pulping machine, where is container slurry including a mixture of water and chemicals to clean the paper and break it down into fibre to form unfiltered pulp. At the next stage, the pulpy mixture is sieved , which to get rid of any impurities and cleaner pulps to create filtered pulp.
Those pulps are then deinked with water and soap in another chamber at the cleaning step. Additionally, an air pump is installed, creating bubbles so that the ink is caused to rise in the surface of water, from where the ink can be removed through another pipe. This step is play a crucial role as ensuring that the pulp is cleanest, which whole eliminating any residual printing substances. Before ready for distribution and use at the fourth stage, the pulp is laid out on a conveyor belt and passed through heated rollers, which press and dry the pulp into recycled paper to being consume.
