Overall, the process of recycling consists of seven main stages, beginning with the collection of waste paper and ending with the production of new paper that is sent to shops.
In the first stage, used paper is collected from diggerent places, such as homes and offices, and is then transported to a recycling centre. After that at the factory, the paper is sorted and cleaned by workers before being softened and mixed with water and chemicals in the chamber to form pulp.
After that, the pulp is filtered by the special machine. This is done to separate and remove different impurities. This is followed by the pressing and drying stage. In this stage, the cleaned and filtered material is shaped into sheets. In the following step, the new paper is finally produced and ready to be delivered to shops, completing the process of producing the new paper from used one.
